Calling My Energy Back: A Seven-Week Journey Through the Chakras is a 49-day journal that allows you to reclaim your power through purposeful affirmations, prompts, and activity suggestions that gently encourage you to not only look, but feel, within. This journal serves as a guide to connect deeply with yourself, others, the Universe/Spirit/the Divine, nature, and the abundance of other beauties life offers us, whether you’ve lost momentum or remained steadfast in your spiritual practice.
 
Each of the seven weeks in this journal is intentionally dedicated to one of the seven chakras, allowing you to fully devote seven days to each energy center. Also provided are prompts to prepare you for your seven-week journey and support you as you later reflect upon it, as well as pages dedicated to free expression.
